We use a holistic approach to challenge "standard solutions". We develop what best suits your needs, budgets and objectives. We look to avoid excessive treatment that leads to the use of overly sophisticated technology, high in capital cost, and difficult to operate and maintain.
By having both consulting engineering and contractor capabilities we can provide the best of both worlds: A well-engineered solution that takes advantage of each site's particular conditions and a focused contractor approach that understands the cost drivers. Without the need for appointing expensive external engineering studies, we can deliver a cost-effective solution that is often well below the expected budget.
Water Treatment Plants
Whether it is for industrial wastewater treatment or potable water treatment, WaterGroup can provide an affordable plant that will reliably deliver water at the required quality. Depending on raw water quality and the desired treatment standard, we can provide treatment from coarse media filtration and membrane filtration through to ultra-filtration, nano-filtration and reverse osmosis, including ultra-violet disinfection and chlorination.
Treatment of backwash water with neutralisation prior to discharge is a given. Our plants are automatically controlled with remote dial in capability. However, we do stress the need for qualified site supervision. WaterGroup will provide full operation and maintenance services to assist as required.
Our objective is to provide you with a plant that you are proud to own and happy to operate. The first step towards that is getting the design right. The next step is to ensure that adequate capacity is available for regular plant operation and maintenance. Sadly, and far too often, not enough emphasis is placed on this, and $100,000's of underutilised assets are not performing at all.
WaterGroup's operating, maintenance and monitoring system combats that. It is designed to give you an affordable service, where you draw from it as much as you need, to ensure your assets perform in accordance with the design intentions and in compliance with your permit conditions.
