- Water sub‐metering for residential apartment buildings ‐ a 50% rebate capped at $5,000 per building (based on $500‐$1000 per meter 5‐10 meter points per building)
- Water efficient showerhead and tap retrofits inside apartments in residential strata buildings ‐ funds of up to $10,000 per building.
